Trama:

The Choice by Edith Eger Review Praise & Critique:

😁

  1. Originality: “The Choice” offers a fresh perspective on resilience and healing.
  2. “Relatable”: Dr. Edith Eva Eger’s personal journey resonates deeply with readers through her candid portrayal of universal human experiences such as trauma, resilience, hope, and healing..
  3. Personal taste: I thoroughly enjoyed the book; it was my cup of coffee. Dr. Edith’s background as a ballerina added a unique dimension to her insights, and I appreciated the abundance of practical advice sprinkled throughout the book.”.
  4. Artistic writing form: eloquent prose and heartfelt storytelling.

😕

The only category that I can think of to critique “negatively” would be Addictiveness, due to the fact that it may not be a “can’t put down” type of book, since it lacks thriller elements, and some intense parts may be difficult to assimilate quickly. The narrative’s intensity may require readers to pause and reflect, resulting in a less addictive reading experience. However, this depth contributes to the book’s overall greatness, making it a compelling and thought-provoking read for those seeking profound insights into the human experience.
